About Our Neighborhood

Stonebridge Landing is a popular neighborhood in the Western Branch section of Chesapeake. A compact neighborhood of 125 properties, Stonebridge Landing abuts the Elizabeth River on one side and the five acre Chesapeake Stonebridge Landing Park on the other.

Stonebridge Landing Civic League Constitution and By-Laws

Stonebridge Landing Civic League Constitution and By-Laws were enacted to enhance the quality of the community by organizing residents arounds its values of friendliness, cooperation, and respect. The Constitution and By-Laws outline the purpose of the Civic League, who shall guide the work of the Civic League, and the collection of dues for community enhancement.

Annual Dues

The By-Laws set the annual dues as $ 40 dollars per household, Annual dues provide landscaping services of common areas, pay annual property taxes and fees for the community PO Box, and provide support for community events. Civic League dues are essential to the maintenance of the property and the development of our community. Dues are to be made payable to Stonebridge Civic League and sent to PO Box 9084, Chesapeake, VA 23321.
